GROUND FLOOR:

FOUNDATION:

FRAMED STRUCTURE:

✓ Column pit of size 4’x4’ with depth of 5’ from ground level

✓ Column mat of size 3’6”x3’6” with using of 10mm on both ways with
spacing of 6” c/c
✓ Column size and reinforcement details are same as in plan
✓ Provide 15” depth flat footing with concrete ratio of 1:1.5:3

BASEMENT:

✓ Dig 6” depth earth on ground level; provide pcc of using 1.5” metal with
ratio of 1:4:8
✓ Over that pcc plinth beam will provide with detailed mention as in plan
✓ Brick work will be carried for the height of 3’(include PB height)from road
level on that plinth beam.
✓ On brick work 3” sill concrete will be given with 2 no’s of 8 mm rods.

SUPER STRUCTURE:

✓ Brick masonry: 9” thick for load bearing wall and 4.5” thick for partition

✓ Lintel concrete of thickness 6” with 4 no’s of 10mm with 8mm stirrups @
6” c/c spacing will be at height of 7’ from floor level.
✓ ROOF: one way slab with reinforcement of 10mm as main rod with 8 mm
distributors @ 6” c/c spacing at the height of 10’ from floor level of rcc
thickness of 4.5”

PARAPET WALL: wall thickness 4” with height is 2’9” from roof concrete
using mould block .
ROOF INSULATION: Roof top will be finished with ellis flooring.
COMPOUND WALL: height of 5’ from RR foundation with using of standard
design gate (cost below Rs.12000).
PLASTERING: all load bearing n partition walls are plastered with
suitable CM ratio of 1:5 for wall and 1:4 for ceiling.
TANK: water and septic tank capacity - 5000 liters each by solid
blocks with plastering.
