SELLING PRICE (Php) : Php 6,000.00

TERMS OF PAYMENT : Payment is on cash or whatever terms and condition of the

BUYER and the SELLER.

PROFESSIONAL FEE : 5% C0mmission

EXPENSES : Documentary Stamps and Capital gains tax shall be for the
account of the BUYER.

Registration and transfer and all other expenses related to

the transfer shall also be for the account of the BUYER.
