health status. while on the other hand, about 7.15% of intermediate
grades fall outside the normal health status.

10. Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI)

The Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI) is an initiative of the Bureau of Elementary
Education – Department of Education that directly addresses its thrust to make every Filipino child a
reader.

Phil-IRI results showed progress in pupils Reading and Literacy


Development by showing positive changes in the pretest and post test Reading
Level by 50 to 75%.
Majority of students moved from frustration to instructional to independent level
in both English and Filipino.

Most Grade Levels have general class size

The SPED class program in RDJES embraces 64

The adequate toilet and handwashing facilities for boys and girls,
pupil-to-toilet ratio is 50:1. However, there are no enough toilets to
accomodate all students that ranges
to 92:1 pupil-to-toilet ratio.
