ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT ( ACR)

PART I
Title of Activity: Project- AN ( All Numerates)
Grades 1 to 7
Date: November 10-12 , 2021
Venue: Longos Integrated School

Objective(s):1. To provide measure on the numeracy level of learners from Grade 1 to 7; and
2. To identify strengths and weaknesses in students’ understanding, so that
changes in teaching and the curriculum can be made to address those
weaknesses.

PART II
Narrative Report
1. Introduction/Rationale
Numeracy is important skills that learners need to developed in order to use
Mathematics in a wide range of situations. In this time of Pandemic, Learners numeracy skills especially
in four fundamental operations needs to identify and provide intervention that will help improve their
weaknesses in mathematics. Improving numeracy skills is best done young—all children should get
excellent classroom teaching, and those who are struggling should get targeted support as soon as
possible. Thus, the rise of project AN ( All Numerates)
Solving interesting, challenging problems in mathematics will make sense to every
students if they learn the ideas and importance on how to manipulate the word problems. Exploring the
problem and making a plan on how to solve it is just as important as finding the solution.
Project AN ( All Numerates) aims to assess the numeracy skills of all learners across
grade levels and to improve the learning outcomes in Mathematics with the aid of intervention
programs and best practices that will highly promote sustainable quality instruction of the K-12
Curriculum based on the learners need.
2. Narration of Accomplishment in accordance with the activity/schedule
The activity was successfully implemented. Participants were properly oriented.
Orientation with the parents was conducted last November 9, 2021 (Tuesday) at 9:00 am
with safety protocol and social distancing. Mrs. Narissa G. Ablola, School Math Coordinator
discussed the Project AN test to parents and explained the time allottment and procedures
in answering the test. Test papers was distributed by advisers; Ms Mary Maggie Mae of G-7
Camia and Mrs. Dahlia D. Falsario of G-7 Sampaguita to parents with the checklist that was
signed by each parent/guardian by section.
November 10, 2021 ( Wednesday) administration of test. The test started at 8:00 am
and ended at 10:00 am . Parents submitted video of their child in reciting the part IA of the
test. Then learners will given time limit in answering the window card.
November 11, 2021 ( Thursday) Retrieval of Test papers and answer sheets. In the
afternoon, the advisers and math teacher/ coordinator checked the answer sheets.
November 12, 2021 ( Friday) Consolidated of scores of 56 examinees.
November 13 & 15, 2021 (Monday) Nine students were home visited and Test was
conducted late due to parents are working and they live in remote area.
November 16, 2021 (Tuesday) Submitted reports through messenger to Mr. Ernie M.
Samson, CNHS Head Teacher.
