    Ref:- LOA No. 11/Sr.DEE/2021-22/QTN/Plg/2nd Call
    Vide subject matter, brought to your notice that circuit of
    70/30 lighting at platform no 4 are not working properly
    during arrival/departure of train. Only 50% lights are working
    due to which dark patch created around the platform.
    Many times conveyed the same information to your firm by
    different means such as message and telephonic calls, but
    the problem is not resolved yet.
    Again you are inform to attend defective light circuit within
    seven days.
    Treat it as urgent please.
