 Commissioned the boiler of capacity 500 kg/hr and lead the steam piping installation for
machines under ASME B31.3.
 Co-ordinate with project team during Septic completion and commissioning.
 Initiating the supply of Low TDS water to process and self-dependent the factory for such
requirement.
 Lead the maintenance activity of 11 KV switch gear trolley, VCB trolleys and transformer
 Implemented OEM based maintenance procedures for DG’S and Compressors.
 Installed fans for warehouse ventilation system compliance with ASHRAE 62.1 along with
lightening.

 Functional support and maintenance 5 chillers total of 50 tons cooling capacity, 1 steam
generator 0.5 ton, RO plant of 19 m3/hr supply of water.
 SAP PM module activities including daily order making, consumption report, notifications
closure, PR generation with MS Excel dashboard for departmental activities.
 Maintenance coordinator for HSE and OPEX along with all audit points completion.
 Making Monthly costing report with production to obtain optimized data for utilities
consumption and output from plants.

 Award: Employee of the Month Award in Nov 2020 for registering Boiler with Boiler Authority, Sindh
Government.
