01. Manufacturer should be submitting design and drawing and boiler authorize approval.
02. Supplier should provide all tested document which is relevant with Quality Control during boiler delivery
period.
a. Butt weld 100% Test by Radiography Testing by ISO Certify third party Company and test report should be
submit with boiler document
b. Fillet Weld 100% Test by Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing by third party Company.
c. Heat Treatment Report with Testing Graphs.
d. Hydraulic Test Report

Software: Windows based software to be incorporate with the equipment if necessary. A computer with necessary
software to be supplied with the equipment if necessary.

Standard Accessories: Any equipment/instrument required to conduct the experiment should come under standard
accessories. The supplier is to demonstrate the operational capability of the machine. Different probe, which is suitable
for the machine (small diameter probe, low frequency probe and high temperature probe), should be supplied along
with the machine.

Tools: 01 (one) complete set of tools (Normal/ special types) is to be provided with the equipment which would be
required to carry out the experiment and maintenance of the equipment. List of tools are to be submitted along with the
offer.

Spares: Spares should be available for at least next ten years. Necessary spares required for 03 years maintenance and
smooth operation is to be supplied and list to be included with the offer.

Instructional & Maintenance Manual: Four sets of instructional and maintenance manual of the apparatus and four
sets of experimental lab sheet with experimental results and sample calculation to be supplied.

Optional Items: A list of the optional items along with price list (If any) is to be provided separately.

Test/Trial & Training: The supplier is to arrange test/trial of the equipment and impart training on operation,
maintenance and experimental procedure of the equipment for MIST personnel at MIST at suppliers cost for a duration
of one week.

Warranty: 01 year Warranty/Guarantee period on completion of satisfactory test/trial and acceptance of the
equipment.

Price: To be mentioned by the bidder. Must include the price of standard accessories. Price of optional item to be
mentioned separately.
