 Event
General Instructions-
- Team size- 1-3 members
- Open for students from all academic backgrounds (engineering, management,
etc.)
- A student can be a part of only one team per competition.
- Only the team leader, who registered the team, will be able to play the Round 1.
- Any deviation from the above rules will result in immediate disqualification.
- The decision of the organizers will be final and binding for all participants. 

ROUND 1: Preliminary Level

A general quiz to filter out teams
-       To be conducted on Unstop
-       15 questions in 8 minutes
-       Questions relating to basic concepts of HR and Business Current Affairs
-       Expecting 400-450 teams to participate
-       5% of the total teams will get to the next level
 
Round 2: Getting into practice
-       Two tasks will be allotted, any one is to be done.
-       Task 1-  You’re the HR manager of Lenskart and there’s a vacancy for the
position of Brand Manager. You’re given a task to design the Recruitment
Process and get the right person to the job. Design the process with necessary
rounds like preliminary screening, interviews, personality test, etc.

-       Task 2- Record a video, taking a mock interview for the Sales Manager
position for PP Jewelers ( a jeweler company based in New Delhi). The
interviewee must be competitive and their must be relevant negotiations.
·       Pay-  10-12LPA
·       6 days working, off on Monday
·       Working hours- 10AM- 7PM
·       All non-monetary benefits as prescribed by govt.
-       Out of 40 teams (approx.) , 10 teams will qualify for the next round.
 
Round 3: Final Calling
-       A final case study competition
-       To get the solution of the case, in a single slide.
 
RESULT
Top 3 teams will be rewarded as follows-
 Winner                          1000 INR + certificate
Runner up                    500 INR + certificate
Second runner up      Certificate

Rewards- 1500 INR

 Marketing
- Since the event will be conducted upon Unstop, not much marketing of the event
is required as people register seeing the IIM tag and for the certificates.
- Mails will be sent to all the colleges’ clubs of which we have data.
- Float posters on WhatsApp groups of all batches.
