Key Responsibilities:
 Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken. And review all
inspection reports for compliance, prepare nonconformance reports to the QA/QC manager and
assist in developing corrective actions.

 Coordinate QA/QC manager, construction manager, Project Manager and Consulting Engineers in
resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities. Checking the All work as per as approved drawings,

 To raise the RFI for any changes as per site condition, to prepare verbal instruction and site
instruction reports, submit to consultant to get approval. Report promptly to the Project Quality
Manager all matters related to verification scheme performance and regulatory compliance.

 Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance with client and
regulatory requirements, the completion of QC site instructions and coordinate their closure the
review of inspection test packages during the course of construction activities, Provide progress
information for incorporation into project reports.

 Coordinating with the Construction Manager for necessary comments, and Coordinate with the
Testing and commissioning department to define the scope of work, Checking of All Approved
materials for different types of work.

 Monitoring of all finishing works as per Quality concern, Cross checking the work With Quality of the
all subcontractors, to make concrete Test Report & Log test Report and submitting to Consultant for
approval.

 Familiar with civil construction materials and construction methods, testing of civil construction
materials, international codes and standards for civil design, construction and testing of materials
and works,

 Supervise all laboratory and field testing works in accordance to approved standard and
specifications, and other relevant documents. Conduct laboratory, field testing and site
inspection,

 Advising client’s representatives and engineers on construction materials and their

application, both meetings and on construction sites,

 Responsible and Supervise all Site and Laboratory routine testing of Soil, aggregates,
Concrete and Asphalt, conforming to the project specification and required testing
standard methods.(AASHTO, ASTM or BS Standards)

 Reviewing all material submittals, method and statements submitted to the client
representative.

 Supervises and coordinates the inspection and tests made by other members of the Quality
Control Team.

 Work alongside Quality control team in daily routine inspection/test and

preparing/gathering required test report (Word, Excel, and Pdf format) needed for
auditing prior to project completion.

 Assures the work quantity and quality by requiring strict adherence to methods and
standard procedures, Documentation and control of quality records prior to internal and
external audit,

 Purchasing and Schedules/Oversees the maintenance, adjustment, or calibration

of laboratory instruments, apparatus, or testing devices.

FOLLOWING CONCRETE TESTS SUPERVISIONS:

Determination of compressive strength of concrete cylinder, concrete cubs and concrete core
specimen by crushing in site Laboratory.
Sampling of freshly mix concrete at site.
Slump of hydraulic cement concrete at work site.
Making and curing of concrete test specimen in Site laboratory
Reviews test result and report to the Consultant.
Data control and documentation.
Monitor and ensures quality and quantity of samples in relations with the standard procedures.
Supervision of routine maintenance of designated testing equipment and laboratory area.
Advising clients, consultants and engineers with regards of testing materials,
