BUSINESS ETHICS – WEEKS 1-3 OUTPUT

LEARNING TASK 1
1. Sole Proprietorship – a form of business organization where an individual is the one who operated
and owned the business.
2. Partnership – a form of business organization where two or more people agreed for profit. This
includes the agreement of the amount of money each partner is investing and the duties each one
assumes.
3. Corporation – it is a bigger business unit where defined as legal entity that is separate and distinct
from its owners and it can perform vast services in the economy.
4. Cooperatives – a form of business organization that is formed by a group or organization that is
owned and managed by its people to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs.
LEARNING TASK 2
My choice is partnership, building a business is no joke you should consider first the money that you’ll invest
if you really want to start a business. In partnership the financial investment can be divided into how many
you’re going to have a profit from the business and also when there is a debt for example that the business
have you don’t carry all the burden over your shoulder.

LEARNING TASK 1
1. I will advise him that drinking his problems out does not solve everything instead it’ll just make his
problems worst so in order to help him get back to his senses I’ll help him in a way I can so he won’t
feel like he’s alone in his own battle.
2. First of all I don’t tolerate actions that may degrade others just because you claim the job well done
that is obviously done by others. Let them take the credential they deserve because they’re the one
who put all the efforts in that task.
 3. Even though I’m not part of the marketing team, I can consult to its executives or staffs and share
some ideas to fix the problem.

1. Actually I really don’t know what drives me on dealing with difficult situations but what I do
is I always go back to the reason why I’m striving to be better because that reminds me of all
the hardships I’ve been through thru all the way and I’ll end up calming myself and creating
some solutions how to surpass the situation.
2. It is important to have an ethical values on job because the environment that you’re in is a
professional field meaning you cannot decide nor do anything in impulse move because the
reputation of the company that you’re in is your responsibility too and also you are paid to be
an efficient and responsible employee so learning the proper etiquettes is a must.

1. Strictly no using of phones while at office hours. Sudden emergency is exempted.
2. Avoid being late, be professional.
3. Always check the product before proceeding in packaging.
 4. Gathering with competitors is okay but always keep to yourselves the confidentiality of the company
that you are employed in.
5. Receiving gifts should be a form of appreciation of employee’s performance on his department not as
a form of bribing to prior the supplier in any situation, work with dignity ALWAYS.
