you. Please list 8 personal learning challenges; that you INTEND to start

dimensions:

PRACTICAL: I think that I need to learn to read the environment with less
biases because I guide a lot with my first impression, also I want to know more
about the financial and networking part, so I’m going to read and look on internet
or maybe I could start to take some courses obout it

KNOWLEDGE: being more conscientized of the news around the word, I want
to read more about the managerial part, I start with one of networking that I
actually love and also, I read one about the 6 essential rules to manage, I love it,
and show me a lot of things about the people that I could implement day by day.

ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR: I could start to do the best possible to apport to any


team because sometimes I get scare or maybe I don’t feel comfy and let my team
go by the hard way or don’t help like that much, also I want to have a stronger
moral code, because I’m human and let me guide by somethings that aren’t good
enough and sometimes, I take bad decisions for other people because of this.

PERSONAL: learning to lose is going to help me to grow in a lot of cases and

An interlocutor according to me is someone who manages to express themselves

teachers.... Since a great interlocutor would be a great leader to be heard, would
be someone empathetic to keep the conversation going, would be someone with
creativity and curiosity to reach the solution or to continue with the business or to

To have a meaningful learning, it really can be with any person, the simple fact
of knowing about their experiences gives me learning about lifestyles, types of
behavior, ways of thinking, but if we talk about learning about a subject of
"study" the best people would be my parents, they are very knowledgeable about
