I, AURELIO LOTERO, of legal age, married , Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Can -

Baybay City, Leyte , after having duly sworn to in accordance of law ,do hereby
depose
and state that:

1. I earn a living as a farm worker ;

2. Sometime in 2009 I was hired by Mrs. Evelyn Cutamora to work in farm of
Manuel Cutamora in Brgy. Magan-han ;
3. I planted coconut trees, bananas, bamboos and other plants ;
4. The said farm of Manuel Cutamora consist of titled lot and dried river bed ;
5. The plants are found from the titled lot to dried river bed ;

6. I am not a tenant , I just work in the farm when ever there is a need and when
Mrs. Evelyn Cutamora will hire me ;
7. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and for whatever
legal purpose it may serve.
