know that there is no one in Pakistan that is doing that type of business in Pakistan so we try to grab that

market. We are three partners and we have some investment that we all want to invest in it and other

 Operations’ details

Initially, we will divide the pets by their category. For example, dogs, cats, rabbits and other
animals in the pet category so that customers can easily identify the pet they want. Another can
be pet food and accessories. The fourth category is the pharmacy in which the pet parent can
make an appointment with the doctor about various diseases of the pet or they can check for the
available medicines and vaccine of any disease. In the second phase, customers will be able to
buy pets, accessories and food as well as consult doctors using our application. Customers will
order according to their choice. They will do the payment and fill the details of their location and
name if they are shopping online. In the third step, we will deliver the package as soon as possible
or it will be handed over to them, if they have visited the shop physically.

 Inventory & Storage

For inventory control and storage, we have different trained staff who will test animals from time
to time. We will operate all over Pakistan as we will provide online service through online store,
website and app. Our physical centers where we will do the breeding will be in Sukkur, Faisalabad,
Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar and Rawalpindi-Islamabad. Depending on the order, it will be
delivered to the designated location within 3 working days. Pet food will be complementary from
our side if the costumers’ orders two pets in a single order.

Pets Villa will not only provide the feature to buy different pets but it will also provide the feature where
the pet’s owner can easily get the accessories of their pets. They can get the food, homes, chains, cloths
and different accessories of their pets. Another feature of pet’s clinic will also be available on the pet’s
villa where the users can get the experts advices to take care of their pets. The medicines and vaccines of
the pets will also be available on the pet’s villa. In short pet’s villa will provide each and everything related
to the pets.

Classification
Pets Villa will come with the classification of “Pets-Breed”, “Pets-Accessories” and “Pets-Care”. These
three classifications will give the quality that the customer ever dreamed off. Customer can get each and

Methodology

Pets Villa will provide its services online through web and applications but whenever the customer wants
to have an appointment with the experts/doctors they can get appointment to the closest available
doctor/expert and then the expert will visit their residence.

applications. They can pay their amount through online transaction and they can also avail cash on

Delivery

We have divided the delivery and packing methods in three categories

 First one is the delivery of pets


The pets will be delivered in a package that will be designed so that the air can pass through it, it
have plenty space and food, it should as much strong it will protect the animals.
 Second one is the delivery of accessories
The goods like pet toys, clothes and their homes will be delivered in a parcel that will cover the
accessory well and keep it safe. The food will be delivered in a parcel that will be hygienic and

 Third one will be delivery of Medicines and Vaccines

done in the refrigerated truck and means so that it will not be destroyed and will be delivered in
its original form.

 Prices will be according to the Breed and the pet


 It will also vary with the pets’ age
 Delivery charges will be according to the address and location of the customer
 The doctor’s appointment will also vary according to their specialties.
 The foods and accessories cost will also vary according the quality, size and the material cost.

Offers and Discounts

The Pets Villa will give 10 day’s food, free of cost with each sale of the pet. It will also give the Dogs and
Cats collars with the branding of Pets Villa on it.

Another offer will be if customer will buy a pair (male + female) of any pet. The pets villa will offer flat
10% off.

Credence

As pet’s villa is also offering the feature of pets care so the experts and the doctor’s that will be available
for appointment will give 20% of their fees to Pets Villa as a commission.

Distribution Channel

As Pet’s Villa will provide its services online through web or application so that it does not require any
distributor but there will be an intermediate role that will be played by the delivery or courier services
that will help us to deliver the product to our customers at their particular locations.

Market and Inventories

Our main market is the Elite Class of Pakistan. Not only elite class because we have hens, roosters and
birds that will attract middle class too. We will function in the whole Pakistan because will be providing
its services online through E-stores, Websites and applications. Our Physical Centers where we will do the
reproduction processes will be at Sukkur, Khairpur, Karachi, Chakwal and Rawalpindi-Islamabad, Quetta
and Peshawar. The veterinary doctors will be registered on the platform and nearest doctor available to
customer will be shown to him/her so that he/she can visit there. At starting we will have our Customer
