March 2,2022 for 1st dose and August 11, 2023 for 2nd dose , at Zamora Health Center with the

warts.vagina. anus, and oropharynx. It also protects against the HPV Types that cause most genital
warts.HPV vaccine is recommended for routine vaccination at age 11 or 12 years old..
Even with our busy schedules, we are still looking forward to participate in these activities,
spearheaded by our School Health Coordinator, Mrs. Elvinia C. Legaspi School, in coordination with
the School Head, Mrs. Catherine C. Escalante, together with the Zamora Health Unit and teachers
from different Grade levels, and Grade 4 pupils..

We are also thankful to all the people behind this event for the peaceful and successful
implementation of this activity.
