Details of Incident: We did a surprise mock drill date on 18.08.2023 at 11.00 AM. Because of we want to see,
What the difference between pre-planned and Surprise Mock drills.

We don't know in advance when something will happen. That’s why we are conducted a Surprise mock Drill with
the Help of Mech HOD Mr. N.K.RAO sir and Mechanical Team.

And the theme is:- When Mr. Jaganath Mohanty, was doing plate replacement job, at that time suddenly his
hand trapped in between plate and gratings floor while resting the plate on the floor due to slip of packing, then he
loudly called the other persons and screaming-agitating out of pain, after that Mr. Nagendra Behera rescue him
and called the team and Ambulance.
