Monday
This day on Monday. I cleaned inside of the classroom then in 7: 15 A.M in the morning
SIR. Chris rang the bell so we all line up for the flag ceremony. In the first period we have an
over view I'm our "Work immersion" subject "BY Ma'am Soc".30mins later we all go out to
have an recess for 30mins too.
In our second period we're task to answer one Essay Question and the Question is "Do I
Do things that against my will" this subject is "Christian Morality" BY "Ma'am Gleny."In our
third period we watch the movie "meet me at Saint Galen" and our teacher in this period is
"Ma'am Soc" because Sir. Largo R. Is out so Ma'am Soc is our substitute teacher for this period.
In the Afternoon. The first period subject we were task to check our test paper and we record our
test papers scores in out P.E subject and then we watch the movie "Meet me at Saint gallen" In
our last period we ourselves to our new teacher Sir Arjay and we have a lot of Fun in chatting in
our new teacher And 3:30 P.M were all going to clean our repetitive zones and my group mates
were cleaning the room. And that's it for today’s "narrate report"

Tuesday
This day, I cleaned the zone and our zone is in front of the library at 7:30 A.M we are all
in our respective classrooms. Then our first period we're task to answer "Four questions" about
our subject "DRRR"Substitute BY "Ma'am Soc" because "Largo R." Is still sick. After 30mins of
waiting we able to go outside for our "Break time" In our second period we have an over view of
our Subject "Christian Morality" BY Ma'am Gleny . Our repetitive teacher in our subject Cristian
Morality and Then our new classmate introduced himself and we have a discussion about "Moral
Dellema"In our third period we're able to continue making our "narrative report" Substitute BY
"Ma'am Soc" because Sir is still sick so Ma'am is our substitute teacher. And we all called by our
"dental clinic" to have a chance to have a checkup.
In the afternoon, the first period "Sir Arjay " our CPA subject teacher and we were task to
answer his one question "What are your expectations in this subject" and our teacher called us
one by one to say to Everyone what is our expectations in his subject and Our teacher give again
Three Questions to answer and the questions are "What is art to you?" "What do you know about
art" and lastly "How would you consider something as art? And finish his subject. And the
second period or last period in the Afternoon were discussing "Data Analysis Using statistics"
and our Teacher for this period is "Ma'am Catherine " our Research subject and Ma'am
reschedule the validation of the research question and we have an over of the "Chapter 3" in our
research subject and we recall the "Scientific method" and we discussed the " Frequency
Distribution" and we were given a task to review. At the end of the period or clean Time we
clean the classroom and fix the chairs and tables before we go home. That is this day's narrative
report Day 2 Tuesday.

Wednesday
This day, I don't clean the classroom because the bell is already ringing and I need to line
for our flag ceremony. At my first period our homeroom period by Ma'am Soc she changed the
rules of staying inside of the classroom in this period we continue making our narrate report
about yesterday day 2 and we watch our two classmates who are late and going to do the
punishment given by our adviser Ma'am Soc and that is 145 pumping.
And we take a break after 30mins we wait for our teacher for Second period and our
second period teacher is Sir Darwin. And we have an discussion about "Electricity". And we
have an activity about "Electro pen" by using a pen by rubbing the pen in our hair, skin, and
cloth. And we answered one question made by Sir and the question is "why are the pieces of
paper attracts to the rub pen?". He discusses the different types Electro charge, Static Electricity,
Positive charge, Negative charge, Net charge and we discuss also lesson 2 and that is Conductor
and insulator and Explanations of this two and we also discuss Conductivity, Semiconductor and
"How Semiconductor work" we watch the Explanations of the Semiconductor and Maglev and
"what is maglev" and Sir Darwin. Have an over view about the activity tomorrow that were
going to make.
The third period in the morning we are scolded by Ma'am Soc. Because we're too messy
and our chairs are not a line and we're given a task to answer some Questions about DRRR
subject and the questions are "What makes Philippines as one of the world's most dangerous and
at risk country?" And "How are the people of the Philippines affected by the natural disaster and
how do they respond to these?"
In the Afternoon our first period practical research subject by Ma'am Catherine. were task
to take a Quiz about the "Present the data through Frequency and percentage distribution" we
were give an assessment.

Our last period in the Afternoon our Christian Morality subject by Ma'am Gleny . And
we were given a task to check our test papers in second grading and second grading preliminary
examination and Ma'am explain the meaning of "Three O'clock Prayer" to us. Ma'am also as a
chance to submit the LAS that we do not submit to him. And she explains what is Gospel and we
read the reminder that is written in our test papers and we total our scores in our exam. We were
given a task to Analyze the song and we watch the video song titled "I see you Lord" and she
explain the song to us also. And that is end of the period.
Lastly we all clean our respective zones that we clean every day.

This day I don’t clean the room because I'm late at coming to school and at same time the
bell rang. In our first period our Guidance Period by Sir Earl and he asks everyone of as to
answer one question and the Question "What Is the purpose of Guidance personal?" And he
discusses and explain the "Academic Development”, “Personal Social Development" and
"Career Development" and he explain what is "Inventory services”, “Information services”,
“Home room”, “testing services”, “counseling Follow -up and referral services”, “Research and
evaluation services" and we were given an assessment to make an "Application Letter”,
“Resume" that's the end of this subject. In our second period our Physics Subject by Sir. Darwin
P. He explains again to us about Electro Pen and we have an review about "Atomic structure"
and he discuss the Lesson 3 about "Process of charging" and "Charging by Friction" and he
Explain to us what is "Electron Affinity”, Triboelectric series". And we were given a task to
make the project that he gives to us on day 3. And Sir. Darwin P. Give as a chance to make them
in our house's so it will be ready for tomorrow’s presentation.
In our work Immersion by Ma'am Soc. She explains to us what is "Work immersion" and
it's"Rationale","objectives","Definition of terms" and the importance in a work immersion and
Ma'am tell us the reschedule of wearing our proper uniform and she explain what is "Partner
Institutions" and what is "Memorandum of agreement" and what is "partnership”, “School
partnership Person”, “Work immersion”, “Workplace immersion venue" and the important of
"work immersion" and that's the end of our MI subject.
At the Afternoon our CPA period by Sir Arjay we recited the opening prayer made by
Sir. Pataweg and we read the "learning objectives" and Sir will discuss the "definition of art" to
us and we watch the meaning of art for 9mins and he discuss the other Definition of art and he
explain "the tangible Output of creative expression" and he explain the "Visual arts" the
examples of "Fine arts" Drawing, painting, graphics art, sculpture, calligraphy, architecture and
all of the examples of "Decorative Arts" textures art, glassware, jewelry, furniture,
earthwere,metal craft, interior, design and lastly the examples of "Contemporary Arts"

Assemblage, digital art, college, installation, land art, conceptual art, and what is
"Performing Arts" music, dance, theater and the three Definition of "Music" arts music, popular
music, traditional music and next is "Dance" ballet, thinking and next is theater and that's the end
of our CPA subject.
Our second period our practical research subject by Ma'am Gleny and we recite the
opening prayer made by Ma'am and she give as a task to check our papers and she also discuss
the "Measures of center tendency" and that Is the end of the discussion in our Practical
Research.Our last period for this afternoon our library period by Ma'am Sheila Marie Maybe, RL
we were task to make an "4-5 paragraph in How will you encourage students to go to the
library"And to all that submit their essay will clean their respective zones and go home. And
that's the end of my DAY 4 narrative report.

Friday
This day, I arrived late and I attended in our flag ceremony after the Opening prayer and
Singing the SCS hymn Ma'am. Clarissa S. Silva Our Principal in our School and she introduced
the batch 1982 Students and teachers to us and Our School director Rev.FR.Anthony Peter B.
Addawan introduced the old teachers in batch 1983 to us and at 8:00am the Flag ceremony
finished.In our first period W. I subject by Ma'am Soc she just gives us a time to make our
narrative report substitute by Sir. Janel. And we take our Break 8:30-9:00am
In our second period CPA subject by Sir Arjay we have an recitation about yesterday
discussions and we review all we just discussed yesterday and he explain what is "Filipino Arts"
and who is "Fernando Amorsolo" and we finished discussing module 1 topic one and he
continued discussing the m1 topic two about "Art Nouveau" and Originated in Belgium, Coined
by Les Vingt and the terms. "Germany Jugenstil","Austria Sezessionstil","Italy Stile","Floreale
stile liberty","Spain Moulernismo" and he explain what is "Contemporary Art" and "Modern
Art" and there examples and elements.
In our third period DRRR Subject by Sir Rajay He lied the opening prayer and after that
he tells us the rules in discussing in front and a short discussion of the Introduction of DRRR and
he tells us all the the Explanations of "Hazards" and Disaster Risk Management" and that it for
the morning subjects. In the first period of the afternoon GP subject by Sir Darwin We have a
review over what we discuss yesterday afternoon. In our second period in the Afternoon I.I.I
subject by Ma’am Catherine before she discusses we have an opening prayer and she discuss
about "Quantitative Research Design" and have an Example about the topic.

This day, I cleaned the zone after we cleaned the room at 7:15 am we all fall in line of are
flag ceremony and after the Opening prayer and Singing of SCS hymn Sir Ariston introduced to
all of us the athlete and all the champion.In our first period WI by Ma'am Soc our teacher we are
task to draft our narrative report for the short of time and she give as an example of One
Question in our interview soon. 8:30-9:00am our Break time. Our second period C.M subject by
Ma'am Gleny. She gives as a tast to answer One question "What are you afraid of?" After the she
continues to discuss about "Natural Feld of Death" and she explain who is "Saint Valentina".
In our third period DRRR subject by Sir Rajay Out teacher he continued her discussion
about "Disaster Risk Management " and the examples of poverty and inequality, climate change
and he explain what is "Contempt of Disaster" In the Afternoon our GP subject Sir. Darwin P.
We have an review about all the process of charging and explanations and he discuss the
coulombs’ law and he give us an assignment about "Coulomb's Law". In our second period P.E
subject by Ma'am. Lady but she is so busy se she gave us an Essay and Ma'am Aurelyne
Calderon is our substitute teacher and she gave us time to answer and we had our closing prayer.
in our last period in Afternoon by Sir Arjay we continue our previous lessons and he let us watch
the video of theater and he arranged us by group and we chose our own art to make in each
group.

Tuesday
This day, I arrived in school early and clean the zone and our 7:30-8:30am first subject is
DRRR by Sir Rajay. And we start our class by praying and we continue our lesson yesterday
about "Disaster Risk Management”. In our C.M second period subject by Ma'am Largo G. She
continues his discussion yesterday and she give us a task to make Eulogy and she check our
assignments in our note book and continue the discussion.
10:00-11:00am in our W. I our third period subject by Ma'am Soc she explains to us what
is the grading System of our work Immersion subject and she continue discussing the ethics
lesson.
1:30-2:30pm in the Afternoon our C.P. A subject by Sir Arjay we were task to review about
20mins and then we have a quiz about art and after that we check our paper. In the lest period
I.I.I subject by Ma'am. Catherine we have a quiz about "Measure of center tendency".

This day, I arrived early thus morning. I cleaned the zone with my group mates and after
cleaning we form in line to attend to our flag ceremony 7:30-8:30am In our period HR by Ma'am
Soc she discusses about the "foundation day " and she discuss all the food that we all going to
bring in "Foundation Day" 9:00-10:00am in our second period G.P by Sir Darwin .We check the
assignment that we answered yesterday and he give one problem to be answered by us because it
is a Quiz.
In our third period DRRR subject by Sir Rajay. He checks our attendance and he pray the
Opening prayer and we continue discussing about the lessons yesterday. 1:30-2:30pm in out
Afternoon period our I.I.I subject by Ma'am. Catherine she discussed about "Ways of presenting
processed Data" and teach us how to graph using protractor and she give us a task to bring some
material that we need tomorrow’s quiz. 2:30-3:30 in our second period C.M subject by Ma’am
Gleny. We were given a task to answer some Questions about valentine’s day and we passed out
Eulogy to him and she discussed about the valentine’s day.

This day on February 16, 2023. I arrived early at school to clean the zone with my group
mates 7:30-8:30am In our first period subject our Guidance subject by Sir. Earl and he discuss
about how to make a Resume. 9:00-10:00am in our second period subject G.P subject by Sir.
Darwin P. He discuss about Superportion Priciple and we answered the two sample problems.
In our W. I subject by Ma'am Soc she continues discussing about work ethics and she
explain what is SWE AND BWE and she discuss the "Core Element of a Strong Word Ethics"
and the different Elements of Ethics. Our Afternoon period C.P.A subject by Sir Arjay and he
discussed the "Philippine Contemporary Art" and after he discuss we pray the Opening prayer
and he lets us to pick who is the first group that will report in the next meeting. In our last period
in the Afternoon I.I.I subject by Ma’am Catherine she gave us a task to take a Quiz about
yesterday's discussions.

Friday
Due to my tardiness, on February 17, 2023 at 7:17 a.m., I did not go to the respective
areas that the teacher had designated for us to clean. Mr. Oliver Rasa announced the rank
positions of the junior and senior cadets during the flag ceremony after we prayed, sang the
national anthem of the Philippines and the SCS hymn, and before we students went to our
respective classrooms, Ms. Clarissa S. Silva had announced the other important matters. For our
first subject our subject teacher, Maam Soc in Work Immersion, gave us 15 minutes to complete
our narraive report before allowing us to have a 30-minute break. After that, in our second
period, our subject teacher for modern arts, Si Arjay only continued to discuss the previous topic
and allowed us to watch the many films that were connected to it; the theme was "Arts
Promotion and Preservation."
Sir Darwin our general physics instructor, gave us a quiz on the topics of Coulomb's law
and superposition in the afternoon session. Our topic teacher, Maam Catherine has informed us
that two performance tasks must be completed on February 7 and March 6 for the last subject of
the day.

This day I arrived at School at 7:27am. I did not go to the respective areas that the teacher
had designated for us to clean. For our first subject our subject teacher, Ma’am Soc in Work
Immersion those who are late the will be punished 120 pumping and push ups.
In our second period Christian Morality subject. Maam Gleny She explain and discuss
about "Ash Wednesday" to be held on February 23,2023 and she discussed the lesson about
"Death is a wage of sin" and she explain it.In our third period Our Disaster Readiness and Risk
Reduction subject Sir Rajay .He gave us an Assiment To make the " Circle Of Protection".
In our First Period in the Afternoon. Our General physics 2 subject. Sir Darwin Our
subject teacher we just check our Activity Last Friday February 17, 2023.In our second period in
the Afternoon. Our P.E subject Ma'am Lady and Ma'am cannot come so Ma’am Soc is our
substitute teacher instead.

This day, I arrived early at 6:00am and I cleaned the corridor and at 7:15am the bell ring
and I fall in line for the flag ceremony after that Sir Christopher he announced all the uniform
that we will going to use in February 22,23,24
7:30-8:30am our first period Disaster Readiness and Risk Reduction subject by Sir Rajay
Largo. He just let us finish our activity that we all answer yesterday and after that he explain to
us what is all the hazards and Disasters.9:00-10:00am our second period Christian Morality
subject. By Ma’am Gleny She just discussed all about "Ash Wednesday" to us.
10:00-11:00am our Work Immersion subject. Ma’am Soc we don't do something nor
discuss because Ma'am is so busy for preparing the mass tomorrow morning.
In the Afternoon 1:30-2:30pm our Contemporary Arts subject. Sir Arjay he just gives as an
activity about "don't Quit" and we just translate it into Filipino and to be written on the sort bond
paper. In our second period in the Afternoon our Inquiries, Investigations, and Immersion
subject. Ma’am Catherine we just do the activity and we just plant our eggplants by group in the
mini park.

Due to my tardiness. I arrived late to the flag ceremony at 7:30am and after that we all go
inside of the gymnasium to held a mass "Ash Wednesday". At 9:30am the mass in finish and we
all go inside of the classroom. In our second period in the morning our General physics subject
Sir Darwin Sir cannot come so we all do the assignment.
In our third period in the morning our Disaster Readiness and Risk Reduction subject. Sir
Rajay our subject teacher. We Start our opening prayer and Sir discuss the module 3 the
"Hazards, exposure and vulnerability and he explain the learning targets of his topic”. In the
Afternoon period Our Inquiries, Investigations, and Immersion subject Ma’am Catherine our
subject teacher. After the Opening prayer we just see our group mates for the meeting about our
project planting the eggplant and this afternoon we have an shorten period. In our last period in
the Afternoon our Christian Morality subject. Ma’am Gleny our subject teacher. We just take a
Quiz about the mass earlier in the morning.

This day, I arrive early to clean the corridor and at 7:15am the bell ring and we all fall in
line for our flag ceremony. And after that Ms. Clarissa S. Silva announced to us the arrival of the
PAASCU in the school and she announced the in charge of the areas.
In our first period Home Room ma’am Soc. She's talk about all the food that we will bring
tomorrow's foundation day.
At 9:30am we all go the gymnasium to attend the mass for the foundation Day. After that
we all go the mini forest to watch as father bless the new upcoming build in the school.
And today is a great day because it's half day.

This day, I arrived early at the school at exactly 6:00a, m. At 8:00 we are all fall in line
on the quadrangle ground to held our flag ceremony. After that Ms. Clarissa S. Silva Our
Principal says that we will have to dance so that to wake up our sleeping bodies. At 9:00am Ms.
Clarissa S.Silva announced that we will all having to parlor games in every grade levels. At
11:00am we start our prayer lead by our Director Rev.FR.Anthony Peter B. Addawan and After
that eat our lunch in the quadrangle ground. At 12:53am we all go home because we were having
a half day.

have a flag ceremony. After that we all watched all that students that will dance for the variety
show. And at 12:00am we have an closing prayer and lastly we sing our school hymn. And we
take a group picture of our section.

the teacher assigned me to clean.At our first period Disaster Readiness and Risk Reduction
subject. our teacher Sir Rajay he just continues discussing the characteristics of hazards. At our
second period Christian Morality subject. Our teacher Maam Gleny Largo after the Opening
prayer MD. Maam Gleny discusses the death is a wage od sin.
At our Last Period Work immersion subject. By our subject teacher Maam Soc she just
discussed about conflict about your work place. And she says too us that we were having an half
day today.
