Minutes of the meeting held at the ISCC TESDA Programs Office (Team TekVok) attended by the
Grievance Committee presided by Chairman and Assistant College Department, MR. AMADOR P.
ROJO, starts at exactly 10am and adjourned at 11am, May 27, 2022.

At exactly 10am a meeting called to order by the presiding officer, Mr. Amador P. Rojo, for the
complain of Mr. Ronald Jhon Alcantara on the accusation of Mr. Ledge Owen Sales.

1. The presiding officer, Mr. Amador P. Rojo, officially open the seat- down discussion.
2. Mr. Ronald Jhon Alcantara, complainant, open to the body that Mr. Ledge Owen Sales,
defender, confront him about the pass slip of the defender on May 17, 2022. That the
defender is not follow the pass slip procedure.
3. The defender opens to the body that Ms. Manilyn Allado tell her that there was an issue at the
ISCC HRMO all about his pass slip on May 17, 2022. Ms. Allado also tell to the defender
that he didn’t secure a pass slip at the ISCC HRMO.
4. Ms. Allado tell all about the issue at the ISCC HRMO, the defender asked Ms. Allado, “Who
is the one that I didn’t secure a pass slip at the office of HR,” Ms. Allado didn’t want to tell to
the defender because she don’t like to be in trouble. Afterwards, Ms. Allado finally tell to the
defender that Ms. Angela Alcantara is the one who tell to the ISCC HRMO.
5. After the scenario, the defender concluded that Mr. Ronald Alcantara, the complainant, is the
suspect for the issue at the ISCC HRMO.
6. The chairman asked Ms. Elizabeth Raguini, ISCC HRMO Representative, what time and date
that the defender secure his pass slip. Ms. Raguini answered that the defender secured his
pass slip at 4:30pm, May 17, 2022, but the defender didn’t submit immediately at the ISCC
HRMO. Ms. Raguini
7. All discussion was agreed and approved by all the employees present during the said
meeting.
