1. Charge Air Filter duct pipe modification:

 SG#01 engine B bank Charge air filter air inlet pipe modification is in progress.
 One short pipe aligned with 30 degree angle pipe & primary welding done.
 Another one 1200 mm length pipe welded with charge air duct pipe.
 A bank side charge air duct pipe fabrication completed.
 A bank side charge air duct pipe all angle piece measurement checking is in progress.

2. Engine maintenance water tank installation:

 Maintenance water tank shifted to engine hall.
 Tank frames welding is in progress.
 Tank wall buffing is in progress.

3. Exhaust duct pipe duct & flange installation:

 SG#03 02 nos. exhaust duct pipe shifted near stack#03.
 Both pipe aligned & primarily welded.
 Pipes final welding is in progress.
 SG#02 exhaust duct pipe one sliding support shoe adjusted with pipe.
 SG#02 exhaust duct pipe one fixed support shoe adjusted with pipe.

4. Engine Hall south side wall Sandwich panel Installation:

 08 nos. sandwich panel installed.
 All sandwich panel fitted with C-purlin by self-drilling screw.

5. Engine Maintenance Platforms Modification:

 SG#03 engine maintenance platform legs welding joint cleaned by emery paper.
 SG#03 engine maintenance platform legs painting completed.
 SG#04 engine maintenance platform modification completed.
 SG#04 maintenance platform legs final welding is in progress.

6. Radiator Cooling Water Pipe Fabrication:

 SG#01 02 nos. pipe welded with engine inlet/outlet pipe.
 02 nos. pipe support making done with hollow box.
 Both support welded with charge air filter base column.
 Radiator area cooling water inlet/outlet pipe marked for making hole.
 02 nos. hole made in each pipe by cutting torch.
 06 nos. short piece making done with 3 inch pipe.

7. Engine crankcase ventilation pipe fabrication:

 04 nos. 6 inch pipe shifted to charge air filter area.
 Pipe cutting done as per measurement.
 All pipe welding point cleaned by emery disc.
 Pipes welding point grinded & V shape making done.
 06 nos. pipe aligned with 90 degree elbow.
 06 nos.90 degree elbow welded with pipe.
