The participation across sectors was varied

Leaders are essential for cultivating psychological safety in


organizations. They should prioritize open communication, creating a
PSYCHOLOGICAL safe space for employees to freely express ideas and feedback.
SAFETY Valuing diverse perspectives fosters an inclusive environment that
promotes innovation. To drive organizational success, leaders must

focus on open communication, trust-building, risk-taking, empathy,
and inclusive decision-making.

Integrating gig workers requires careful planning and consideration.


This involves defining suitable roles, identifying areas that can benefit
