    00/100 (₱ 200,000.00), Philippine currency, to me in hand paid in cheque by
    Barangay Embargo thru Godofredo H. Elle, Punong Barangay and Erma D.
    Sumatra, Barangay Treasurer both Filipino,of legal age, and a resident of
    Barangay Embargo, Ozamiz City representing full payment from the sale of a
    portion of a certain real property situated at Purok 2 Barangay Embargo, Ozamiz
    City consisting of 500 square meters for the additional lot for the barangay covered
    court.

    IN EVIDENCE WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand, together with


    my wife, this 12th of October, 2022 at the office of Barangay Embargo, Ozamiz
    City Misamis Occidental.
