Activity 4a: Four Pics One Description

1. Look at the photos that follow and be able to tell:


a. what image/s do you see on each of the photo; and
b. what do/es the image/s suggest/s in relation to curriculum
development?

Answer:
a. On the first photo I see an unfinished infrastructure, as we
can see the people behind that work very nicely and
organized, on the second photo on the right I can see an
anchor that usually use to hold the ship in the water and it use
for their protection as well. Another photo I can see is in
every words they are connected each other, because there is
an arrow. Lastly, the photo I can see is the PHL
Qualifications Framework it is like a standard knowledge and
it the arrow again represents each level.

b. On the first photo it suggest/s constructing because I think


it’s provide to the teachers for what should be taught in
relation to curriculum development, on the second photo it
suggest/s that is meaningfully and it is benefited to strengthen
the relations to curriculum development, on the third photo it
suggest/s Connectivity because it allows learners to gain
deeper understanding to the topic or words in relation to
curriculum development that they’re learning. Lastly, the last
photo it suggest/s standard knowledge and skills in different
ways for the needs of learners in relation to curriculum
development.
2. Formulate your conception/s on curriculum development based on
your previous tasks.

My conception/s on curriculum development is that step by


step process and it shows the relationship of the curriculum and I
think the most important person in the curriculum
implementation process is the teacher. With their
knowledge, experiences and competencies, teachers are
central to any curriculum development effort to help the
learners in their learning process so that learners are able to
acquire goals and objectives of teaching.
