包饺子活动

Students who will be at school during the CNY celebration should prepare
minced chicken meat, scallions, eggs, oyster sauce, dumpling skins ,
sugar and sesame oil.

Students should bring a pan along with a portable gas stove / an electrical
cooking pan and a big bowl (one per class is enough). They bring own
spoon and lunch box.
Ingredients for 20 dumplings

250 grams of minced chicken meat (buy already minced one)

1 egg
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 chopped Scallions ( chopped at home)
1 teaspoon of sugar
20 pcs of dumpling skins

the Chinese painting activity. ***A4 red papers and calligraphy
white paper distributed in the learning pack.
