The in-service training for teachers or the learning action cell session started with a
formal preliminaries which include registration, prayer, opening remarks, welcome address,
statement of purpose, and the introduction of the resource speaker.
The resource speaker Teacher Kenly Pantorilla presented the topic “_____” , She
defined the rationale “______ .She also highlighted the objectives of the days inset “______.
Essential questions were raised during the open forum and were addressed confidently by the
speaker.
The inset was concluded with awarding of certificates to the speaker, facilitators,
training organizer, and the attendees of the inset or Lac session. The Lac ended at 4:56 in the
afternoon.
