Meeting Summary:
1. Review of the Existing Guidelines:
 Discussion on this year’s’ graduation theme: “K to 12 Graduates: Molded
through a Resilient Educational Foundation
 No more mandatory wearing of face mask and physical distancing
2. Discussion on Proposed Updates:
 Teachers shall abide by the guidelines.
 Teachers agreed that uniforms should be the students’ attire during graduation.
3. Drafting of Updated Guidelines:
 No collection of fees shall be a requirement for graduation.
 Preparation for the said program way ahead of time is necessary for successful
implementation of the program.
 4. Implementation Planning:
 Assignment of Different Committees for effective implementation:
