Eduardo: Hello Gianfranco, my name is Eduardo Alexander Enrique Gonzales Curi, I am
21 years old and I am here to fill the vacancy of Administrator.
Mia: Good morning,
my name is Mia Fernanda Vidangos Rivera,
I am 19 years old
and I am here

Interviewer: Ok then, let's start with Eduardo, what studies did you complete?
Eduardo: Well, first of all I completed my primary and secondary studies, where I later
studied Administration and Marketing at the University and also took specialization
courses in Digital Marketing and Project Management.
Interviewer: Well, now tell me a little about your personal experiences.
Interviewer: Have you had any recognition or awards?
Eduardo: I have won a Start Up contest for a business idea in reference to security in Peru
and I have also helped different companies to improve the efficiency in the organization of
their collaborators.
Interviewer: Well now if you allow me I will proceed with Mia. Tell me, in your case, what
goals have you set for yourself?
Mia: Well, soon
I am going to learn a
second language to improve
my work experience
alongside foreign specialists
so that I can contribute
in the best way
to the company.
I am also going to get
a Master's degree
in Finance in 2 years.
Interviewer: What are your habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
Mia: I get up very early
because
I have to do my chores
on time,
I also like to read so
I sit a lot,
but I should start exercising
at least 1 hour a day
to keep myself healthy.
Interviewer: Well guys, that would be all, do you have any questions?
Mia: What would be
the monthly salary
for this position?
Interviewer: For the administration position the salary is 1025 ( one thousand and twenty
five) plus bonuses.
Eduardo: In my case I want to know the work schedule(skeyudold), between what hourly
intervals will it be?
Interviewer: You start at 8 am and finish at 4 pm including lunch time. Anything else?
Mia: NO
