Very Good Consistently did what he/she was supposed to do, very well prepared 9
and cooperative, generate discussions, always positive and encouraging
Good Always did what he/she was supposed to do, prepared and cooperative 8
but doesn’t go beyond what is necessary, participate in discussions
Satisfactory Usually did what he/she was supposed to do, acceptably prepared and 7
cooperative, tries to participate in discussions
Ordinary Often did what he/she was supposed to do, sometimes participates in 6
discussions
Marginal Sometimes fail to participate in discussions, rarely prepared 5
Deficient Often fail to participate in discussions, unprepared 4
Unsatisfactory Consistently fail to participate in discussions, unprepared, demotivate 3
