Dispatching Office Weekly Summary Report of July from June 26, 2023 to July 25, 2023.

General Summary Statement

The Construction plans submitted by the departments of civil and electrical work were approved for execution in month eighty-seven (87). Thirty (30) electric work skylight construction plans, ten (10) civil
work skylight construction plans, and fourthy seven (47) move plan/ (worker delivery and pick-up). Among these, 62 construction plans are carried out without interruption, while 25 are cancelled due to
traffic conditions , a lack of time, weather condition and failure of rail car and 4 were plans were didn't approved by Occ after submitted to Occ.

The line blocked four times this month ,two times Bike - Mieso section with a claim of unpaid compensation for a person hit by the train, and two times in Dawanle section for unknown reason.Therefore,
the dispatching office highly concerned about this event and like to forwards it's reccomendation to strengthen the security for the safety guarantee of the line.

In this moth ,we have incountered three kinds of theft .They were : a signal box at Dire Dawa station, infrared machine room equipment at Dire Dawa station and a total, 692 fasteners

The dispatching office has started giving trainings for the newly assigned staff Under the Maintenance Center as a course of the new Organizational structure at Dire Dawa
