RECTOR OF UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA,

Reciting : Letter of Head of Center for Economic Pancasila Studies of Universitas

Gadjah Mada on March 1st, 2006 regarding application of name
alteration of Application letter of Center for Economic Pancasila Studies
becomes Center for Economic Democracy Studies of Universitas Gadjah
Mada;

Whereas : a. to support the vision and mission implementation of Center for

Economic Pancasila Studies of Universitas Gadjah Mada becoming
an intellectual center, development and network association of
community economy movement in Indonesia, the name alteration of
Center for Economic Pancasila Studies become Center for Economic
Democracy Studies of Universitas Gadjah Mada is required;

b. relating with letter a, it is required to be established by Rector’s Decree;

Considering : 1. Law Number 20 of 2003 regarding National Education System (State

Gazette of 2003 Number 78, Additional State Gazette Number 4301);
2. Law Number 60 of 1999 regarding Higher Education (State Gazette of
1999 Number 115, Additional State Gazette Number 3859);

3. Government Regulation Number 61 of 1999 regarding Establishment of

State University as a Legal Entity (State Gazette of 1999 Number 116,

Additional State Gazette Number 2860);

4. Government Regulation Number 153 of 2000 regarding Establishment of

Universitas Gadjah Mada as a Legal Entity (State Gazette of 2000
Number 271);

5. The board of Trustees’ Decree of Universitas Gadjah Mada Number

03/SK/MWA/2002 regarding Rector Assignment Universitas Gadjah
Mada for 2002-2007 tenure;

6. The board of Trustees’ Decree of Universitas Gadjah Mada Number

12/SK/MWA/2003 regarding bylaw of Universitas Gadjah Mada;

Regarding : 1. Rector’s Decree of Universitas Gadjah Mada Number

177/P/SK/HKTL/2002 regarding Establishment of Center for Economic
Pancasila Studies of Universitas Gadjah Mada;
2. Rector’s Decree of Universitas Gadjah Mada Number
283/P/SK/HT/2004 regarding Procedures of The Committee Formation
and Dissolution;
3. Meeting Result of Center for Economic Pancasila Studies of Universitas
Gadjah Mada on January 6th, 2006, February 3rd, 2006 and February 7th,
2006;

IT IS ORDER :

Establishing :
FIRST : Altering the name of Center for Economic Pancasila Studies of
Universitas Gadjah Mada to become Center for Economic Democracy
Studies of Universitas Gadjah Mada.

SECOND : Transition period of name alteration adjustment of Center for Economic

Pancasila Studies becomes Universitas Gadjah Mada is no later than 3
months after the establishment is established.

THIRD : This establishment is valid since the establishment date.
