General Terms & Conditions

1. This work would be performed normal working hours and days.

2. Any Packing cases/leftover material/our lift material/tools and tackles brought to site shall remain Japan lift property.
3. Our price does not include any civil work / electrical work / structure work / scaffolding work/ welding work etc.
4. The new material provided on any exchange based under which any old replaced part shall become the property of Japan lift. At
work time found any other materials damage would be changed at extra cost.
5. Our price does not include any charges or fees payable to lift inspector office or any other Govt. Authorities.

6. Any Direct/Indirect or consequential loss or damages of any kind to you or any third party under any circumstances are not
included.
7. All disputes and opinions shall be resolved through direct and mutual discussions. This is not an insurance proposal or contract.
8. The customer must display notices relating to the safety use of elevators and lifts.
9. The Customer must have people to carry out the rescue operation in case of power failure.
10. The final agreed contract price would be valid for a period of six months.
11. The necessary road permits as required for delivery of material at site needs to be provided by the customer.
12. Japan may lift discretionary suspense work / service in case any payments are outstanding.
13. Any hand written notice, statement, correction or overwriting are not accepted and valid.
