Objective : To achieve the objectives below in a 6 months time-frame:
1. To have a complete Filing System in the HR Department
2. To develop a complete Folders & Files System in the computer
3. To prepare Standard Letters of Comunication for HR related matters
4. To re-organize and clean the computer of unwanted information
5. To develop or adjust current SOPs relating to HR matters
6. To develop SOPs on how to input information forthe following:
* Finger Tec Attendance Software (Weekly Attendance update)
* UBS Payroll Software (Monthly Payroll assistance)
7. To develop SOP on Maybank Bank Account salary input.
8. To develop SOPs on Yearly Income Tax Filing.
9. To have a proper and complete Inventory System for Staff Uniforms & Acessories
