UNIVERSITY OF CALOOCAN CITY

INTRODUCTION

One of the famous desserts worldwide is ice cream. Ice cream is a frozen dessert

that is often produced from milk or cream and flavored with sugar or a sugar substitute, a

spice like vanilla or chocolate, or fruit like strawberries or peaches. Ice cream either put on

a cone or on a cup. It is consumed especially on hot summer days because of the coolness it

can offer to our palette. One can eat it in place or even when you are walking around.

As time goes by the common mixture of ice cream, which is milk and sugar, has

come far and is being innovated. Ice cream shops discovered many flavors to choose from,

not only vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry. It contains a lot of sugar and fat from milk, and

so, health-conscious people look out for these contents. Because of that, innovation brought

to the market an ice cream mixture that is less in sugar and low in fat.

A dairy free, low-calorie ice cream was invented using plant-based milk such as

soya. This is why the Soy Amore business idea was established. Soy ice cream is not yet

commonly known in the market. Soy Amore would like to bring the possibilities of soy

milk can offer through serving it in ice cream form, with varieties of flavor to choose from.

Also, incorporating the soya ice cream with drinks such as coffee affogato and milkshakes.

Through offering soya ice cream to the market, it will open alternative options to

the consumers and will bring innovated product to the market.

name to the customer or people that they gain trust and rapport into business ice cream

industry with that Soya Amore will also establish the proper steps on how to build, make a

rapport to the costumer, making strong strategies to market our product.

Chapter V

SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECTS

Introduction

This chapter includes some socio-economic factors to be considered such as the

government, community, employees, and competitors.

Government

Soy Amore understands the importance of complying with legal requirements to

operate their business and contribute to their community. This includes obtaining all

necessary permits and paying the right amount of taxes to support the government

initiatives. This commitment not only ensures the smooth operation of their business but

also contributes to the funding of essential public services and infrastructure projects.

Community

Soya amore will tend to offer the community a different varieties of ice cream that

is made from soya. Aside from that, Soy Amore can offer food for the events initiated by

local barangays, this will help in a way that instead of buying other city products, they will

support the nearby establishments that only circulate the barangay tax especially in

barangay 176. Soy Amore will assure that it will be affordable and suitable to their taste.

Employees and Benefits

Every benefit that employees will receive, as demonstrated in the earlier chapters, is

based on the matrices displayed by the relevant governmental entities. This will guarantee

that the populace can take advantage of all insurances and loans the government has to

offer. Also, this will guarantee that they can obtain a competitive pension should they

merely work for a short time. In addition, they will receive corresponding leaves as well.

71
UNIVERSITY OF CALOOCAN CITY
Competitors

We created a company called Soy Amore where there is a tiny space that fits

people's budgets and also suits their tastes that they will return to because of the numerous

people who come to stroll, shop, and other activities. We enhanced the location's

uniqueness by offering a wide variety of flavors to offer. Due the number of competitors

around which are the Holiday Island Mall, Talipapa, 7/11. We are working harder to

correct what needs to be prioritized, not out of a desire for profit but rather out of a want to

do our absolute best to serve people in a way that is not forced but in keeping with their

preferences and wishes.
