EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This business offers flavorful goods that can satisfy the cravings of each customer in terms
of finding sweet desserts. Our main product, “Macaroons” is made by knowledgeable makers
which obtained the need of wide range of customers, particularly students. Our product will ensure
the satisfactory of client’s taste buds.
Before creating the business plan, we considered aspects such as the preferences of our
potential customers and what may be the most important or useful strategies for both individual
and organizational growth. The business profit goal is to increase by 5%. To meet or exceed the
profit target, the company should concentrate on offering excellent customer service and good-
quality products. We will also look and pay attention on some concerns regarding the services we
provide that may affect our business. Some of these are the price, target market, and the location
where the business will be established.
Our main goal is to serve our customers with inexpensive but excellent treats. The
company strives to be cost-effective and competent in its operations. We attempt to keep our
product prices as low as possible because the majority of our buyers will be students.

BACKGROUND AND HISTORY


Delectable Macaroons is a new business that was planning to build, to satisfy the cravings
of the target customers. This business offers tasty macaroons in a variety of flavors, including
original, ube, and chocolate. Our product will provide each customer with the taste they desire in
their desserts after they have finished their main course or eating merienda. When the pandemic
first began, some members of our group began baking products, so we knew a variety of recipes
that we could prepare. We thought up a variety of goods before settling on the macaroon because
it is a popular craving among students and is also inexpensive. The business stands for local
homemade sweets for any occasion. We want to stand for having fresh, quality products and great
assortments.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
Delectable Macaroons is not your typical bakery or store that offers seasonal desserts. It is
a business that sells only one product with a variety of flavors, but you will undoubtedly enjoy the
various flavors that this business offers. We wanted to make macaroons with a twist, so we added
two flavors: ube and chocolate.

This is an excellent location because it is surrounded by elementary and secondary schools. Since
it is nearby, it has a great opportunity to reach out to a large number of students.

COMPETITION
In the process, there might appear a competitor or imitator because this is a new business.
We don't have direct competition yet, but of course we're also in competition with everyone.
Therefore, it is very important to hold on the core competence, keep making innovations, keeping
old customers, building high reputation and influential brand, increasing image and of the business.

MARKETING STRATEGIES
Giving free taste to customers will be one of our strategies. This will give customers an
idea of what our own macaroons taste like aside from promoting through flyers and social media.
Price
The price of our macaroons is 10 pesos. The customers may choose from different flavors
that we will have and will be available.
Place
Delectable Macaroons will sell goods at Luisiana Rd, Luisiana, Laguna (SQUARE). The
store itself is surrounded by nearby schools and will offer a great goods and services to customers.
Promotion
The business will promote its products through social media and flyers.

In our houses, we have the tools and machines necessary to prepare these delectable
macaroons. We manufactured these homemade macaroons with our competent members using
our current tools at home. Our procedure will be carried out with care and precision.
