I. Title: Team Building of Talon 3 Elementary School Teachers

II. Description:
Teachers are one of the most important members of our society. They are the key to sustainable global development. Nowadays, they need to be motivated and
boost their morale by means of Team Building. Team bond, cooperation and a shared vision are a requirement for any institution to succeed. Team building activities
have been identified as one sure way of enhancing effectiveness of a group.
III. Objectives:
At the end of this Team Building, teachers are expected to:
 Establish sense of camaraderie and greater awareness on the importance of teamwork
 Develop a team’s efficiency and effectiveness in achieving a common goal
 Build team solidarity by breaking barriers in interpersonal relationships
