    The diagrams give information about the changes to the central area of the town of Islip

    It is clear that the town of Islip will experience dramatic changes with the construction of
    infrastructure, housing, and facilities at the expense of the shops and the countryside.

    The previous main road running through the town will be demolished. A pedestrians-only-only will
    be constructed to replace the main road. Additionally, a ring road will be built surrounding the town
    of Islip. The shops to the north of the main road will make way for a bus station, shopping center, car
    park and new housing area. The shops along the south side of the road will remain. There will be the
    construction of new housing to the west of the park. The location of the park will remain, however, it
    will be reduced in size. The housing and the school in the south of the town will remain.
