CHAPTER VII

FINANCIAL STUDY

A Financial analysis helps to determine whether a project is solvent enough to justify a


financial investment of the government and other stakeholders. In this, chapter, it shows how
much cash is needed for the project in terms of equipment, salaries, and building facility. The
investigation should go on to the study of financial costs the availability of the sample market
has been demonstrated, as well as the feasibility of the site preparation to operate this project.

The objectives of his chapter are the following:

1. To determine the stability and liquidity of the Technical Facilities/structures financial


needs;
2. To determine how much money required to complete this projects; and
3. To calculate a cautious estimate of the total cost of the project’s capital requirements.

Feasibility Findings

The project will be feasible as it has positive impact in the campus of the University
specifically in the security and safety of the campus and its population. As we can seem the area
needs technical facilities for the students and the constituent of the university’s safety.
