Relocating side marker light (if specified) If side marker lights are fitted:

1 Remove the lamp bracket from the battery box.

2 Fit the adapter bracket to the battery box with three 39 Nm

bolts and spacing washers.

3 Fit the lamp bracket to the adapter bracket. 39 Nm

4 Strap up the excess length of the cables.

5 Check if the side marker lights are working correctly.

2 Fit the mudguard bracket holder (1) on the chassis 47 Nm

with a screw plate.

3 Fit the front mudguard brackets.

4 Mount the front end of the mudguards to align with the
marks on the mudguard bracket.

5 Secure the front of the mudguard between positions 5 Hand tight.

measured from the frame to the mudguard clamp

Adjustment 1.1 Adjustment of the mudguards with leaf spring Set the wheels

bracket and the stop bracket.
Adjust the mudguard and mudguard bracket such that Margin
the distance between the top edge of the mudguard -0 mm / +30 mm
A and the tyre is equal to A.

1.2 Adjustment of the mudguards with air suspension Set the wheels
front axles: straight ahead.
Set the chassis to the lowest possible position.
Adjust the mudguard and mudguard bracket so there Margin
is a hand's distance everywhere between the tyre and -0 mm / +50 mm
the edge of the mudguard.

2 Secure the mudguard brackets in position. 210 Nm

3 Tighten the clamps on the mudguard. 12 Nm

4 Make sure the brake hoses do not come into contact

with the mudguards, even at maximum steering
deflection.
