2 Detach the lines, air tanks and brackets.

3 Drill the holes according to the table.Remove the Attachment 1

drilling swarf, preferably using a magnet first.

4 Fit the air tank brackets and the air tanks.

5 Pay attention to the markings on the air tanks.If

specified, glue rubber strips to the inside of the straps
and to the brackets. Additional

grey by default
unless an MCC
work order is
present to paint
these parts in a
specific colour.

marking at the start and the end, and draw a line +/- 20
mm from the end so you can see when the line has
been connected correctly.

3 Connect the lines.F-lines to the front circuit.B-lines to

the rear circuit.

4 Tie up the lines and check that they are not in contact
with anything.

Checking task 1 Pressurise the brake system, check the brake system Use leakage
for air leakage and check the function. detection spray.

2 Check that the propeller shaft does not contact the air
tanks.This can be done by positioning the suspension
in the limit positions.

3 Use a jack. If the propeller shaft touches an air tank,

please contact the Prototype engineers.

4 Treat the old holes and the new bolt/nut joints with
transparent Tectyl.

5 Arrange for the truck to be brought to the SBA test

bench in PROSSESS for retesting the brake system.
