Abstract

This research examines the relationship between work place psychological harassment and

perceived work place stress, data is collected by population of working women from different

areas of Multan, sample is 160 working ladies using purposive sampling. Data was collected

using survey method and cross-sectional research design was used. Psychological harassment

scale and perceived stress scale were used in data collection, by using SPSS, correlation, paired

sample t test and regression analysis are done, reporting the significant correlation and impact of

psychological harassment on perceived stress.
