Eating nutritious food and self-discipline is a big help to us, prolonging life, strengthening the

body, we should make exercise a routine, exercising is a big benefit to us because it strengthens

our body and immune system, our bones lack of exercise is also brittle, so let's exercise to keep

the bones strong and not brittle. If we exercise, we will make it a habit to avoid the diseases that

are spreading in our environment because by strengthening our immune system, we will not be

able to catch the disease immediately, the strength of the immune system, resistance to disease!

So, let's go and exercise! Right diet, right food for balance in our body. The right food is a big help

to us, eating protein, carbohydrates and healthy food such as vegetables, fruits and fish is a big

help to us so that we can balance what we eat every day, eating rice and other proper food is also

a big help to us. Proper weight loss and proper exercise is something we should know and do

because if we know it, it will help us to make it easier for us to do what we want to do with our

body, do we want to get muscles or abs? Do proper exercise and diet! Weight loss, do you want
