Responsibilities:

● Configure workflows, process builders, flows, reports, and dashboards, etc.

● Implement code fixes under the direction of software architects and senior developers.
● Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system
analysts, business analyst, and Project Managers.
● Develop well-tuned code that may be included as part of our releases.
● Needs to be flexible and proactive.
● Extensive work on Declarative model of Salesforce (Configurations such as Validations, Triggers,
Flows, etc)
● Carry out Unit testing of tasks performed.

Skills Required:

● BE, Btech, BSC computers MCA or BCA.

● Minimum one-month training in Salesforce.
● Academic or professional/internship experience with Salesforce.
● Thorough understanding of object-oriented programming/design. (OOPS concepts, Javascript)
● Working knowledge of web technologies.
● Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Be a self-starter and possess a strong sense of self-motivation.
● Should be familiar with CRM functionalities.
● Should be familiar with Development and Support project life cycle.
● Proactive thinking with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Skills:

● Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration or Customization.

● Have a clear understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components/LWC preferred.
● Well versed with using IDE’s such as VS code.
● Understanding of using Github.
