o developed contextualized modules and implemented contextualized activities
o conducted remedial instructions through Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)
o visited students and parents at home to report progress of learners

2. Classroom Management

o achieved zero drop-out rate

o advocated and implemented child protection policy
o checked and recorded daily attendance of students
o made the classroom a child friendly environment and learning area

3. Instructional Supervision

o coached students and teachers to conduct and implement action researches

o conducted trainings, seminars and LAC activities
o observed all teachers (related) within the SY with post conferences
o coached teachers in need of assistance
