Proceedings:
1. Meeting started at 2:00 pm by their class adviser Ms. Ma. Lourdes Lazaro
2. Ms. Lazaro reiterated the following school rules and regulations:
 Legal bases (Republic Act No. 386)
 PE and School uniform for boys and girls
 Students’ Identification card
 Students’ attendance, absenteeism, and tardiness
 Students’ classroom behavior
 Cleanliness of classrooms and the school
 Use of gadgets and cellphones inside the classroom
 Minor offenses:
- Not wearing of proper uniform
- Bringing of unnecessary things such as radio, recorder, musical instruments and
the likes inside the school premises
- Sitting on tables and armchairs
- Littering and loitering
- Obstruction, disturbance or interference with the normal functioning of classes
- Entering the faculty room without permission
- Using of cellphones and other electronic gadgets during class hours
- Absenteeism, cutting classes, and tardiness
 Major offenses:
- All forms of bullying
- Damage to the property of the school or its constituents
- Dishonesty
- Theft/extortion
- Drinking liquor inside the school premises/drunkenness
- Gambling
- Misuse, forgery, alteration, or tampering of school ID
- Vandalism
- Engaging in lewd, indecent acts, or immoral conduct
- Disrespectfulness
- Fighting
- Selling project free
- Joining/recruiting members for any organization outside the school
 Guidelines for sick students
 Grading system
3. Ms. Cristeta Malamug took part in the meeting to discuss the preliminaries/guidelines in
preparation for their Business Simulation and Immersion subject
4. As parting message, Ms. Lazaro requested the cooperation of each parent and guardian to help the
school in monitoring the performance of their children. She promised that she will guide our
children while they are inside the school. She also mentioned that she will further establish
constant communication to update the parents regarding our children’s performance and
behavior.
