Narrative:

I still remember my first day when I have arrived to Switzerland with indescribable nature. Once
you arrived to that country you can feel the hospitality. To start with, I was exhausted after a
long flight and bringing all heavy the suitcases alone. Moreover, everywhere it was crowded and
tourists keep discussing their plans and problems. But as soon as I got to the stand of Les
Roches a nice woman gave a warm welcome to all the students who arrived with me. The school
has provided some snacks for us which had an amazing taste especially after a quite long trip.
After, the driver helped us with all bags and suitcases we had. Next, all the way too school which
took us almost 3 hours and we were almost speechless and keep wondering how the
Switzerland and these unreachable mountains can be that beautiful. Finally, we arrived to
university and start feeling hospitality in the air. Everyone wearing professional uniform,
greeting us, explaining everything in one word we became a part of hospitality word.

Descriptive:

The first day of practical classes was amazing. In the beginning my day started very early as I
was on these lucky students to start the shift from 6 a.m., however it made a special memories
for me. I remember, waking up so early and having breakfast in the silence, cause other

students prefer not to come that early. Once I started my class I was overwhelmed with all new
information we were given from the chef. Next, we started to cook and the smell was amazing,
all the herbs I can feel made me hungry. Moreover, we start to plating our dishes and chef was
explaining how to put it better so it is easier for an to see it. Finally, we reached to a part of
tasting our dishes. The flavor I had was great, but it tastier even better because it was cooked by
me. I can still regenerate the flavors I had in my dish. Lastly, it was an amazing day for me
which I want to remember forever.
