    We are fourth-year students of Westmead International School taking up Bachelor of Secondary


    Education major in English. We are currently conducting a research study entitled “ASSESSING 21ST
    CENTURY LITERACY SKILLS OF SELECTED GRADE 10 PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL
    STUDENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALACA BATANGAS: BASIS FOR DEVELOPING
    EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTIONAL PLAN”.

    students in selected public and private schools in Calaca Batangas as our target respondents. We
