RENT AGREEMENT

This agreement is executed on 08-01-2020 at Rewari

WHEREAS the first party Land lord namely

The 1st party owner in possession of a SCO NO. 21

situated at Brass Market Rewari set on rent to the

second party on the following terms and

conditions:-
1. That the rent of the premises will be Rs. ---/-

P.M.

2. That the period of the lease i.e. period of

rent is 11 months.

3. That the rent day started from 01-01-2020 to

30-11-2020.

4. That the rent will be paid by the second party

to the 1st party between 1st to 10th of every

month.

5. That no alternation can be carried out by the

second party without the Prior written

permission of the 1st party.

6. That the water, electricity and maintenance

charges (as charged by the Society on monthly

or quarterly basis) of the premises will be

paid by the second party.

7. That for any fault on the part of the second

party in the terms and conditions stated above

the 1st party is entitled to terminate the

tenancy of the second party with immediate

effect.
8. That it is agreed that 7% incensement of rent

shall be effected after 11 months period.

8. That if both the parties will agree in that

case the agreement can be renewed after the

expiry of the period of rent.

RENT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS the first party namely Surat Singh S/o

Sh.Shiv Lal R/o H.No.47, Shiv Colony, Kankarwali ,

Rewari (Haryana).

AND

I, Manoj S/o Sh.Partap Singh R/o Vill.Sulkha,

Tehsil – Bawal, Distt. Rewari 2nd party agreed to

take the shop of the 1st party on rent situated at

Shiv Colony, Rewari, Distt. Rewari and the first


party agree to give the shop on rent to the second

party on the following terms and conditions:-

1. That the rent of the premises will be Rs.

5000/- P.M.

2. That the period of the lease i.e. period of

rent is 11 months only.

3. That the rent day started from 01.04.2014.

4. That the rent will be paid by the second party

to the 1st party between 1st to 10th of very

month.

5. That no alternation can be carried out by the

second party without the Prior written

permission of the 1st party.

6. That the water and electricity charges of the

premises will be paid by the second party.

7. That for any fault on the part of the second

party in the terms and conditions stated above

the 1st party is entitled to terminate the


tenancy of the second party with immediate

effect.

8. That if both the parties will agree in that

case the agreement can be renewed after the

expiry of the period of rent.

AND

I, OM PARKASH S/o Sh. Kishan Lal R/o Shop No. 344,

Mohalla Tejpura Rewari, Distt. & Tehsil Rewari

(Haryana). 2nd party agreed to take the Shop of the

1st party on rent situated at Mohalla Baluwara


Rewari Distt. & Tehsil Rewari and the first party

agree to give the shop on rent to the second party

on the following terms and conditions:-

1. That the rent of the premises will be Rs.

11000/- P.M.

2. That the period of the lease i.e. period of

rent is 11 months only.

3. That the rent day started from 01.01.2014 to

30.11.2014.

4. That the rent will be paid by the second party

to the 1st party between 1st to 10th of very

month.

(Haryana).

AND

I, Sunil Yadav S/o Sh.Dalip R/o Vill.Titarpur,

District-Rewari (Haryana). 2nd party agreed to take

the Shop of the 1st party on rent situated at

Vill.Msani, Rewari (Haryana) and the first party

agree to give the shop on rent to the second party

on the following terms and conditions:-

1. That the rent of the premises will be Rs.

1,50,000/- P.M.

2. That the period of the lease i.e. period of

rent is 11 months only.

3. That the rent day started from 01.12.2014 to

30.10.2015.
4. That the rent will be paid by the second party

to the 1st party between 1st to 10th of very

month.

5. That no alternation can be carried out by the

second party without the Prior written

permission of the 1st party.

District- Rewari (Haryana). 2nd party agreed to

take the one room in the Shop of the 1st party on

rent situated at H.No.1822, Sec-4, Rewari and the

first party agree to give the shop on rent to the

second party on the following terms and

conditions:-

1. That the rent of the premises will be Rs.

1000/- P.M.

2. That the period of the lease i.e. period of

rent is 11 months only.

3. That the rent day started from 01.01.2015 to

30.11.2015.
4. That the rent will be paid by the second party

to the 1st party between 1st to 10th of very

month.

5. That no alternation can be carried out by the

second party without the Prior written

permission of the 1st party.

housing society Rewari, Tehsil and District Rewari

Haryana.

AND

Nagendra Singh S/o Sh. Vijaypal Singh R/o Near Shiv

Mandir, Jauligarh, Bulandshahr (U.P.)-203001,. The

1st party on rent and the first party agree to give

Flat No. G-4, Govt. Employee Co-operative group

housing society Rewari, Tehsil and District Rewari


Haryana on rent to the second party on the

following terms and conditions:-

1. That the rent of the premises will be

Rs.12,000/- P.M.

2. That the period of the lease i.e. period of

rent is 11 months only.

3. That the rent day started from 22-05-2018.

4. That the rent will be paid by the second party

to the 1st party between 1st to 10th of every

month.

5. That no alternation can be carried out by the

second party without the Prior written

permission of the 1st party.

6. That the water, electricity and maintenance

charges (as charged by the Society on monthly

or quarterly basis) of the premises will be

paid by the second party.

7. That for any fault on the part of the second

party in the terms and conditions stated above

the 1st party is entitled to terminate the


tenancy of the second party with immediate

effect.

8. That if both the parties will agree in that

case the agreement can be renewed after the

expiry of the period of rent.

9. That if the both party will agree in that

case the agreement can be renewed after that

expiry of period of rent and 10% of the rent

amount will be increased in the next rent

amount after 1 year.
