Magnetic effects of current

Oersted’s experiment:–

Every current carrying conductor produces magnetic field.

Ampere’s right hand curl rule:–

if we hold a current carrying conductor with right hand, in such a way


that thumb is pointing the direction of electric current, then the direction
of curled fingers gives magnetic field around it.
