This is to accept your voluntary resignation from Results Manila Inc effective November 30, 2022
Please process your employment clearance and surrender all company-issued documents, reference materials,
equipment and company property that are currently under your custody.
In compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines, you are required to serve a 30-day resignation notice,
otherwise, appropriate consequences for the violation of this provision as well as violation of company policies shall
be enforced and imposed upon you including possible termination of employment.
You are hereby reminded of the following terms and conditions of your employment with Results Manila Inc which
are stipulated in your employment contract and other documents you signed during your onboarding with the
company:
1. You will continue to be bound by the Confidentiality Agreement in perpetuity; you are not authorized to share
or divulge any information or data you might have been given access to during your tenure with the
company.
2. You are prohibited from contacting any of our client representatives whether this is via email, chat, phone or
any other channel of communication.
3. All work output during your entire tenure with the company is now the Intellectual Property of Results Manila
Inc
