    - The Canada Philippines Cooperative Program on Sustainable
    Development for Boracay Island began a community-based and
    participatory approach to local development.

     Annabell Wisniewski
    - Wisniewski said she also wants "people who caused major disruption
    in people's lives and businesses" to be held accountable.
    - Annabell Wisniewski wants stakeholders to monitor government's work
    in Boracay.

    - According to Globe, participants of the workshop committed to
    implement their learnings which include offering refillable containers,
    encouraging guests to bring reusable shopping bags and utensils, and
