I. Presentation of Subjects with Assigned Teachers

The facilitator of the meeting introduced the different subjects of the children
with the assigned teacher through powerpoint presentation for them to be
aware and to know who they can reach out about their child’s academic
progress with the particular subject

 II. Class Schedule
The class schedule also of section STEM Alcaraz was also presented to
the parents and guardians. It was reminded to them to let their children
come to school on time or before 6:30 am and their last subject will end
at 12:00 noon.

III. Grading System

Parents were also informed about the grading system that comprises the
percentages of their written works, performance task, and quarterly exam
Core Subjects: Major Subjects:
Written Works: 25% Written Works: 25%
Performance Task: 50% Performance Task: 45%
Quarterly Exam: 25% Quarterly Exam: 35%
IV. Classroom Rules
a. Be on time.
b. Must do designated Task as cleaners (by schedule)
c. Be Respectful. Avoid Bullying
d. Follow strictly the wearing of proper school attire

V. Reiteration of School Fees

PTA fee – 250 BSP/GSP – 50 School Org - 40
SSG – 75 Publication - 90
Red Cross- 50 Anti – TB – 5

It was emphasized to the parents that in every siblings enrolled, only one
will pay the PTA fee

VI. Election of PTA Classroom Officers

(see attached list elected PTA officers)

VII. Other Concerns

Parents and Guardians requested to have Parents GC for them to be
informed also about school matters and announcements
