I am thrilled to share with you the remarkable achievements of the ALLSHS Robotics
Club (ARC) during the 2022-2023 academic year. Despite encountering numerous
challenges along the way, our dedicated team of members and volunteers persevered
and successfully accomplished our projects. Through active participation in the RoboSport
Tournament and rigorous training programs, we have made significant progress in
advancing our robotics skills and fostering a spirit of collaboration within our club.
First and foremost, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to our Principal II,
Mrs. Laarni S. Doliente, for your unwavering support and guidance. Your belief in our
organization and dedication to promoting STEM education have been invaluable. I would
also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ryan S. Cutamora, the Assistant Principal II,
Academic Coordinator, and Subject Group Head of STEM. Your continuous support and
guidance have been instrumental in our journey. Your expertise and passion for STEM
education have inspired us to push the boundaries of our capabilities and strive for
excellence.
Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our select ARC officers
who have shown exceptional leadership and dedication throughout the year. Their tireless
efforts have played a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects. I would like to
extend my gratitude to the following individuals; Jose Michael Angelo B. Paredes (Vice
President), Simone Pauline M. Dagondon (Secretary), Louis Karl C. Unabia (Treasurer), Kurt
Lawrence S. Paraoan (Auditor), Earl Justin O. Marterio (Grade 11 Representative), and Matt
Justine S. Manaig (Grade 12 Representative). Their unwavering commitment,
organizational skills, and ability to inspire others have been crucial in driving our club
forward. It is through their collective efforts that we have been able to achieve our goals.
I would also like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the ARC members who
have actively participated in our projects and activities. Your enthusiasm, dedication, and
hard work have been integral to our accomplishments. Your willingness to learn,
collaborate, and contribute to the success of our initiatives have been truly commendable.
Lastly, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the local government unit for
their unwavering support during the national tournament. Their sponsorship and assistance
have provided us with the necessary resources and platform to showcase our talents and
compete at the highest level. Their belief in our abilities has motivated us to push our
boundaries and strive for excellence. We are truly grateful for their invaluable support.
In conclusion, the 2022-2023 academic year has been a year of growth, challenges,
and accomplishments for the ALLSHS Robotics Club. We are proud of the progress we have
made and the impact we have created within our school community. None of this would
have been possible without the support, guidance, and encouragement from you, Mrs.
Larrni S. Doliente, Mr. Ryan S. Cutamora, Mr. Angelo M. Torres, our dedicated officers, and
our enthusiastic members. Together, we have proven that with determination, teamwork,
and unwavering support, we can achieve remarkable feats.

LIST OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The ALLSHS Robotics Club, led by Mr. Angelo M. Torres, organized a Lego Mindstorms
EV3 Training for interested students from the STEM strand and the venue was conducted in
the STEM Training Hall. The intention of this activity was to provide hands-on learning
experience in building and coding Lego Mindstorms EV3 Robots for line tracing. The activity
successfully equipped students with valuable introductory knowledge and practical skills
as a foundation in robotics. Overall, the training was a success and contributed to
enhancing students' understanding and passion for robotics.

OBJECTIVES:
• Provide hands-on learning for building and programming Lego Mindstorms EV3
robots.
• Foster interest and passion for robotics among participants, enhancing problem-
solving skills.
• Equip students with practical skills for real-world robotics applications.

• Enhanced members' foundational knowledge of robotics and programming
through hands-on experiences.
• Fostered a collaborative and innovative environment for members to
exchange ideas and showcase their robots.
Members and officers within the ARC cooperated, planned, and constructed arenas
of selected categories; SumoBot, TrackMania, Line Tracking, and BoxBot. These arenas
played a crucial role in the development of competitive robots by allowing builders and
programmers to fine tune their creation by simulating their devices in real-life environments.
The arenas not only benefited ARC participants in preparation for upcoming competition,
but it was also utilized during the ALLSHS Research Summit Robotics Competition and
Milagrosa Elementary School participants in preparation for the RoboSport Tournament.

OBJECTIVES:
• Form a dedicated committee within the ALLSHS Robotics Club (ARC) to oversee the
planning and execution of the arena construction project by the second week of
November 2022.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the specific requirements and design
criteria for each arena category (SumoBot, TrackMania, Line Tracking, BoxBot) in
collaboration with ARC members and officers by the end of November 2022.
• Develop a detailed budget proposal for the BoxBot arena construction project,
including necessary resources, materials, and estimated costs, to be presented and
proved by the 2nd Week of May.
• Initiate the procurement process for acquiring the required resources and materials
for the arenas.
• Allocate dedicated time slots within the ARC schedule for members and officers to
actively participate in the construction of the arenas, ensuring their involvement and
contribution to the project.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for ARC members, introducing them to the
newly constructed arenas and providing guidance on utilizing them effectively for
robot development and competition preparation.

• Successful creation of the arenas of the 4 selected categories.
• Developed an environment where ARC builders and STEM students can
simulate their robots.
• Finance and Resources such as tools and materials are donations and lend
by ARC personnels and members with the exception of the BoxBot arena,
being sponsored by the LGU.

OBJECTIVES:
• To disseminate information to students regarding the implementation of alternative
activity for Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED)
• To spread awareness and guidelines during disaster evacuation and;
• To task students to produce a Family Preparedness Plan as an output from the
stakeholders

• Successfully disseminated information within classrooms
• Raised awareness for students regarding traditional evacuation
• Students were able to submit a Family Preparedness Plan
All ARC officers were inducted on November 12, 2022, together with the rest of the
organization's official officers. An induction ceremony occurs when all officers take an oath
to carry out their assigned duties and participate officially in their desired organizations.
They should be responsible not only for being a good and responsible leader in their
assigned duties, but also for being a student that everyone can admire.

BIDA (Buhay Ingatan, Droga’ Ayawan) Program and KASIMBAYAN (Kalipusan, Simbahan,
at Pamayanan) (Provincial Youth Summit)

PERSONS INVOLVED:
• The ARC members involved in this activity are: Pete Bradford R. Achay, Mark Ezekiel
J. Alucilja, and Marc Gerard R. Odon
OBJECTIVES:
• To promote knowledge about drug-related issues while prioritizing the safety of
young individuals;
• To motivate and empower young individuals to take a proactive role in preventing
drug use within their school and home environments;
• To equip youth with awareness and knowledge to recognize and resist the influence
of exploitative groups within the country; and
• To increase awareness among the public about the significance of the PNP and the
collective responsibility in building a harmonious and progressive society.

EVALUATION:
• Successfully promoted knowledge about drug-related issues and prioritized
the safety of young individuals.
• Motivated and empowered participants to actively prevent drug use within
their school and home environments.
• Increased public awareness about the importance of the Philippine National
Police (PNP) and emphasized collective responsibility in building a
harmonious and progressive society.

OBJECTIVES:
• To provide its members with knowledge on Arduino boards and its components.
• To introduce and familiarize programming via mBlock and Arduino IDE.
• To plan and design innovative smart system/robots for real-world usage.
DOCUMENTATION:
EVALUATION:
• Provided ARC members with basic electronic skills, while also demonstrating how
programming interacts with the hardware.
• Encouraged members to create and design practical electronic projects using
Arduino.
• Amounted to a total of Php 1,500.00 in financial costs
The CNC Training Program was part of the ALLSHS Robotics Club’s preparation for
the Robotics Summer Cup. This program was launched to provide ARC members with the
knowledge of operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to aid in the
development of competitive robots. Each of the members were briefed on the use of trial
and error during the early stages of prototyping designs and components with the use of
various materials (such as plastic and illustration boards). The program was also developed
to train ARC members in designing components both using CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
software and physical prototyping, based on each member’s original designs.

OBJECTIVES:
• To help the students develop and improve their skills involving designing based on
physics, engineering, and mathematics;
• To develop skills in planning and designing using Computer-Aided Design software;
• To develop skills in prototyping and determining optimal designs; and
• To provide additional methods in manufacturing components required for current
and future ARC projects.

EVALUATION:
• Created a cooperative community within the members, demonstrated by the
sharing of information in improving each member’s designs.
• Displayed the talents and skills of STEM students in designing and prototyping
robots.
• Aided in the production of robots for the Robotics Summer Cup.

OBJECTIVES:
• To provide its members with knowledge on Arduino boards and its components.

• Created a friendly relationship between different robotics teams in Carmona
• Learned the different concepts of electronics and expresses the talents and
skills of elementary students in programming and designing robots.
• piqued the interest of elementary students and ARC members in learning and
developing their skills in robotics.

• Gave members a sense of camaraderie, purpose, responsibility and
belonging to the club
• Members are able to govern ARC related events smoothly while wearing the
t-shirt
• T-Shirt design was well received by all members of the club and increased
morale
• Amounted to a total of Php 9,900.00 in financial costs
The Robotics Summer Cup 2023, organized by the Pilipinas RoboSports Tournament
(PTRST), is an esteemed robotics competition that epitomizes the brilliance and ingenuity
of aspiring engineers and programmers. The event serves as a prominent platform where
participants present their autonomous or remote-controlled robots, each equipped with
sophisticated sensors and actuators. As endorsed by the Memorandum released by the
office of the Department of Education (DepED), voluntary participation of robotics student
groups across the nation, including the Angelo Levardo Loyola Senior High School (ALLSHS)
Robotics Club (ARC), was observed.

OBJECTIVES:
• Foster interest and enthusiasm for robotics among club members.
• Develop technical skills in designing, building, and programming robots.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration among club members.
• Provide opportunities for hands-on learning and practical application of robotics
principles.
• Represent the club and showcase its achievements at prestigious robotics events
such as the Robotics Summer Cup.
• Strive for excellence and sportsmanship in all aspects of participation, representing
the club with integrity and professionalism.
• Learn technical skills from other participating teams.

EVALUATION:
• The Robotics Summer Cup allowed club members to apply their theoretical
knowledge in a practical setting.
• The Robotics Summer Cup 2023 provided a platform for the cub members to
represent the school organization in autonomous robot competitions of
Sumo-Bot, Line-Following and Trackmania.
• ARC representatives showed excellence at their craft, winning two technical
awards out of three competitions, each with two divisions, that they joined.
• The recently held competition showed the ARC’s commitment to strive for
recognition and continuous improvement as it conducted training sessions
prior to the event.
• The event allowed ARC members to directly observe fellow competitors,
allowing them to pick-up essential robotics knowledge.
FINANCIAL COST:
• The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Carmona, Cavite allotted budgetary
support for the food and two-way transportation of the participants.
• The LGU covered half of the registration fee for all competitions and allotted
budget to procure necessary spare parts for the robot prototypes.
• ARC’s members from each division of the three segmented competitions
gave voluntary monetary contributions amounting to Php1,000.00 per division
to cover half of the registration fee.
Duinobot and Soccerbot tournament is a robotics competition that was created and
hosted by the ALLSHS Robotics Club (ARC) to develop and feature the talents and skills of
STEM students in programming and designing robots. It was proposed and launched by the
current ARC president along with the ARC adviser to promote cooperation and unity within
the ALLSHS Robotics Club as well as to spark the interest of students in learning robotics.
